Like you, I got fed up of seeing my friends and family being charged huge amounts of money for things that they didn’t need. IntegrITy is designed to provide an IT support service that you can trust.

Unlike other IT businesses, IntegrITy only does ad-hoc work, meaning that my business has no interest in signing you up for expensive ongoing support packages that you simply don’t need.

I provide standard technical support for personal users (computers, phones, tablets, smart bulbs, setup, training, tech advice etc.) and some additional small business needs (e.g. setting up domains and mail servers etc.)

My aim is to help you feel empowered with your technology, and know how to use it. Of course, if you just want me to set something up for you, I’m happy to oblige, but I’m also here to help train you how to use your tech. I have a simple pricing structure (see below), and currently provide support in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Face to face appointments are available in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Keeping you safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Alert Level 1

At Alert Level 1, face to face and remote appointments can proceed as normal. Contact tracing will be used. Hand sanitiser will be used, and equipment will be cleaned with anti-viral wipes where possible. Face to face appointments will be cancelled if anybody present is unwell.

Alert Level 2

At Alert Level 2, face to face appointments can go ahead with use of face masks and other appropriate PPE (e.g. gloves). Social distancing must be maintained at all times. Contact tracing will be used. Hand sanitiser will be used, and equipment will be cleaned with anti-viral wipes where possible. Appointments will be cancelled if anybody present is unwell. Remote appointments can proceed as normal.

Alert Level 3

At Alert Level 3, on-site visits are not possible. Remote sessions can go ahead as planned, off-site work can be done by ensuring contactless pick up and delivery. Hand sanitiser will be used, and equipment will be cleaned with anti-viral wipes where possible.

Alert Level 4

At Alert Level 4, on-site visits are not possible. Remote sessions can go ahead as planned, off-site work will generally be postponed unless it is urgent and can be done safely by ensuring contactless pick up and delivery. Hand sanitiser will be used, and equipment will be cleaned with anti-viral wipes where possible.
