Like you, I got fed up of seeing my friends and family being charged huge amounts of money for things that they didn’t need. IntegrITy is designed to provide an IT support service that you can trust.
Unlike other IT businesses, IntegrITy only does ad-hoc work, meaning that my business has no interest in signing you up for expensive ongoing support packages that you simply don’t need.
I provide standard technical support for personal users (computers, phones, tablets, smart bulbs, smart doorbells, Alexa, smart home setup, training, tech advice etc.) and some additional small business needs (e.g. setting up domains and mail servers etc.). Ialso can provide equipment and deliver to order.
My aim is to help you feel empowered with your technology, and know how to use it. Of course, if you just want me to set something up for you, I’m happy to oblige, but I’m also here to help train you how to use your tech. I have a simple pricing structure (see below), and currently provide support in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Face to face appointments are available in Christchurch, New Zealand.
